 I see, thank you so much for explaining it to me. I know it's not convenient for you dropping by at the store just to get a replacement. I would like to set your proper expectation that we have 3 options on returning the item. 

First, you can initiate a return online, second is in store which is not applicable to you and lastly, give the package to your local parcel carrier or drop it off at any carrier location. Might as well, call our customer care team to provide other options aside from what I gave you. I suggest contacting them at 1-800-445-6937. They are open from 8:30am-7pm (ET) Monday to Sunday.

Reschedule Delivery
You may log in your account online. Click on orders and purchases. Then click reschedule. 

Track Package
You may log in your account online. Click on orders and purchases. Then order details and click track package.

Reorder Product
You may log in your account online. Click on orders and purchases. Then order details and click reorder.

Initiate a return
You may log in your account online. Click on orders and purchases. Then order details and start a return.

Change Pick Up Location
You may log in your account online. Click on orders and purchases. Then order details and click on order modification. Lastly, you may change the store pick up location.

Refund
Thank you for clarifying and I truly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Let me just set your expectation that refunds may take 2-3 weeks to fully process.
